Local Authority Building Control (LABC) ensures the standard of buildings are improved and enhanced across England and Wales. It has been created to represent the interest of over 300 local authorities so that their voices are heard when it comes to the standard and quality of buildings across the country. We are a member of this organisation and work closely with them to keep up-to-date with the latest requirements.

We have £1m public liability insurance and £100k Professional Indemnity Insurance.
